the clients edition after many yr end experiences with the customers, I've came up with a few category of customers.
those who remain committed, and they trust you those who think greatly of themselves those who think we owe them a living those who only come to you when they have "emergency cases" same as no 4. but they dare to claim themselves as REGULARS those who have customers that ask for our products. that's why they come to us.
that summarises most of them. working just isnt simple. if 95% of the customers are bad, it only leaves us with a pathetic 5% that we gain satisfactory serving. don't regard "helping you" in the long term as a job we're suppose to fulfil.
